I am very glad to have had these two helping us through the buying process. Looking for the right home can be discouraging but Shawna and Russell kept our spirits up by fully committing to finding our right first home. Shawna took the time to truly understand us and what we were looking for as first time homebuyers, which made the entire experience feel much smoother and confident about each element of the process. She was consistently proactive, communicative, and detail oriented. What really stood out was how strongly she advocated for us during negotiations. She not only worked to get us the best value, but also negotiated for important repairs to be completed, which gave us even more peace of mind. Shawna is an amazing agent! She not only made the process of finding our dream home a reality, but was incredibly friendly while doing so. She has excellent rapport, attention to detail, and she goes above and beyond. While we were out touring houses, my husband was T-boned. Shawna not only waited for the tow truck for us, but also took home my son's car seat (and cleaned it!). She quickly became able to understand what our family wanted and needed in a home and was able to help guide us to not only the right price point, but also the perfect community and school district.
